inventor crashes

hi a colleague of mine has inventor like me but on his pc every now and then the program gets free and if you did not save it loses everything....
We can't figure out why. .

graphic card template?
driver updated graphics card?
have you tried to open same file?
with "freeze" do you mean inventor closes? if you ask to send error report?

upgrade reinstalled all....

random....typically he goes away and finds frozen inventor... sometimes it freezes also working

I had a similar experience and the problem was a faulty mouse or a monitor cable to replace, personally I would not exclude them a priori.

Right now, my inventor 2023 has stuck at the opening of a file.
yesterday, on the same file, threw me out 2 times from windows, turned off pc and lost changes.
between the first and second time I worked quietly for hours.

@ Stefanobruno difficult to determine a cause, I had a similar problem in two cases, one was a network problem and the other a hard disk problem and was brand new.

there are then bugs and glitch software, as well as files (parts/assiems) slightly corrupt that can give problems.
always important to install the last patches (check that even on this aspect the two pcs are aligned).
