irreversible error by adding a template layout

I installed autocad 2009 on the computer but when I tried to put a dwt as layout appeared the writing:
unreversible error :unhandled delayload " ac1st19.dll" module not found exception at 7554812fh

I'll tell you better.
I need to put a cartiglio as layout then I went to the layout / right button / from the model / I selected the file dwt / booooooom got stuck and after the autocad message turns out alone.

if you did not install autocad update and try with other template files to see if the problem is present in a general way.

autocad, with the mounted sp., crassa only because of dwg or dwt " dirty ", in the sense that they have entities scattered in the universe.
a nice cleansing of the file always solves everything, of course you have to know how to do it.
I have clients, always the same, who systematically pass me files that burst.
typically they are (mal)made with mechanical, which I hate with all my heart.
Autocad is 30 years old, but there's still a lot of people who use it without knowing it and putting all the blame on it.

then you should open it on another pc, clean it and fix it to your pleasure, save it as .dwg compatible with your release, open it with your pc and restore it as a .dwt model
At that point you shouldn't be troubled
