is it possible to restore one or more viewports in 3ds max 2023?

Hello. if I change the visual, appearance, quality etc. in one of the four viewports of 3ds max 2023, for example in "top" or "perspective", can I restore the default appearance with only one command? I noticed that the "reset" option restores four views but deletes the file content.
