Bye, guys. I have a combination with different applied aspects that correspond to the finishes of the products (gray, green, yellow), and I would like to be able to view the components belonging to a certain aspect (e.g., isolate all the yellow pieces, rather than green or gray). I can't make a selection by color, if you select the components in the display manager I can't isolate them or make them invisible. .
Could someone tell me if it's feasible?
Thank you.

I can't do proof right now, so I'm gonna throw it there to move the water.
if you have the option to enter a property that discretes the color then you could use it through the selection filter. made this do island and save the display status

So I have to work on the aspects to insert the property?

no, you have to work siulle property to insert a color booster.
the thing works like this:
you can create a filter that identifies the parts according to a property.
then if you create a "color" property that has yellow value in the axieme you can, through the filter, tell him to select all the parts that have in the "color" property the yellow value.

Forgive me but I've been using other software for years and I've just started to add solidworks to these. So I want to make sure I got it right. the color property I have to assign to the properties of the individual pieces one by one so that they can filter right?

Thank you. Monday I'm going back to the office and I see you can do it. I really hope it's possible because it would save me a huge job. . [emoji26]sent by my sm-g930f using tapatalk

Thank you. Monday I try and see what comes out. Unfortunately I have a set with hundreds of pieces, but I can work there. If I can maybe make a macro that creates a property with the name of appearance... . [emoji848]It could be interesting. . .
