Hello everyone, my question since I'm trying in 3d modeling with 3ds max is: how can I combine 3d models? I explain I created a 3d body of a character... head as well! Now once the head is imported into the body project, how do I join the two? if possible?

You have different ways.
a classic boolean operation or you can create a group with 2 (or more objects). depends on what you want to do after...
If you want to animate your subject, you need to combine head and body with a boolean operation. then you can manage your character's skin with animation tools (biped).
If you just want to "seat" from one point to another you can seemly group them into one object (group).

Bye.

You probably modeled using the right poly? in this case to get a unique mesh select the body and poly modeling options choose "attach" and select the head. now head and body are part of the same mesh.

..this seems to me the best way....
