joint alignment centered in a solidworks set

Hello I would need a little help, I'm freaking out on something that with other programs as well I can get it, the alignments. in command manager there is the alignment panel, but in the assemblies for alignment of parts, it is not active. cmq I explain the problem. to practice I take real objects, and armed with caliber start to extrapolate the measurements and then generate the model . in this case it is a lever lock (see photo). until it comes to mating with holes and faces all right, now that I have to couple the lever, until I have to make it concentric with the hole to make it rotate everything ok, but to center it to the component and not to let it move to the right and left, I do not come to the end. in fact from darts turns out that it is not centered. How can I do that? thanks in advance

there are advanced couplings of symmetricity and width
select the lever plan and the base plane or faces

I hid the parts to make the situation better. align the ring lever to the center with the component. I also cuffed advanced couplings, but I did not understand the method perhaps. Can you detail me? the preview attached shows only the panel but if open you see the whole photo.

Select the median lever plan
two-storey body selections

or if you have shaped all symmetrical selections the two median piers and coincidences

OK understood and solved! compared to 3ds and sketchups is more Moroccan alignment, but once understood you go smoothly. finished model put pure photos of original and a small basic rendering.thanks!
