Junior engineer limitations

Hello everyone, this is the first time I write in the forum.
I am a three-year graduate in industrial engineering, and I am evaluating pros and cons in case I stopped with my studies. By reading d.p.r. 5 of 2001 art.46 I run into some limitations but I would have no problem designing with classical methods and working as director of work etc. My doubt concerns the activities that I cannot do, this is not yet clear to me. I wanted to know if someone is encapsulated in these problems in his work and/or if he can give me some disappointments.

Before you worry about what you can't do... I suggest you ask what you can do!
today young new graduates are often "trombed" to the first interview because too much
loaded with pride and presumption!! with your training at the first level and without a minimum

thanks for the answers. those tasks were only an example taken from the decree. I am the first to say that you have up practical are at a lower level than a peritum, without removing anything. Is this the point, if instead of continuing my studies I went to do some work experience at the end of the school I would not be legally limited only because I was not a senior?
or could, for example, do the above mentioned works without any concern.
As for pride is not something that belongs to me, it is only to have a future perspective I do not say clearer but at least less nebula
