If you don't have a smd module, in my opinion the quickest way is to create your profile to extrude (via the rib command) and then create the sunshades with a pocket.
I have the smd module, but I don't understand the command you can use. There is no command that from flat sheet can be calandrated. or at least I just don't find it
I don't think there's a command for the sheet metal.
If the sense of the question is to have the development of the piece, you have to resort to tricks, like: design the finished piece in part, extract the surface where there are the sunshades and make an offset to the distance of the neutral axis and develop in plan this offset with the surface module. in this way you got the length of the development of the rolling. on this length maintained in the plane build with the sheet module the second fold flap.
in the first approximation you should get an acceptable result.
