Hello.
a little doubt. at point 9 of Annex I of Directive 2006/42/ce:
9 -presses, including bending machines, for cold metal processing, manual loading and/or unloading, whose mobile work elements can have a run greater than 6 mm and a speed greater than 30 mm/s.a cold metal mill, is it part of that definition according to you?
the mobile element of work, the upper roller for example, translates vertically and then stands still, but the norm speaks of "race" in general sense, not of "work race", or race associated with the actual deformation.
Furthermore, the 30 mm/s could be understood as peripheral roller speed for example.
Assuming that the object laminates cold metal tapes at speeds greater than 30 mm/s, I would say yes.
I ask for advice. Thank you all in advance.
