it would take a little time to draw the curves of level even if in fact the difference in altitude is marginal,

isolate the 3d point layer, use the eattext command to export data to csv you have to use the right options to only have xyz columns

cmq file csv you place it, create a topographic surface from import data csv
Meters measuring unit, eye that you are at 40 meters elevation compared to ground level

the file I had to zip it because normal did not allow me to attach it bhoo...

in the dwg there's not much going to bring the level curves at altitude... by hand, they are only 10, just select one at a time and from the property window assign its elevation (they are polylinee).

I do not know how to proceed.
