languages command manager environment

Hello everyone,
mistakenly I must have removed some environments like sheet metal - welds - and other than I had over to left or after some update windows I disappeared, I tried to insert them believing that the button dx was enough but nothing.. Could someone please give me a proper indication of how to do it? thank you all in advance for the answers given and good evening to all.
