lateral menu sx and graphics in general

Hello to all boys,
I am a neophyte of catia v5 although I actually come from solidworks. Unfortunately I cannot solve 2 simple problems and I ask your help: the first is that I can't govern or at least know how to control that cursed menu on the left that can't stand, it is enlarged and shredded every time I move the mouse wheel and punctually moves. the second problem I have with the font that I say sucks, opening the menu options in fact I see the tiny writings and at all bevel what irritates me not little.

the menu on the left should be the tree.. .
by double-clicking on any white line of the tree the "active" i.e. every mouse movement is affected by the tree itself.. The rotellina makes you zoom in or shrink. . Pressed central key lets you move it....you notice this situation because your designed object changes color and darkens (it's like it's going to the second floor)....
double click still on any line of the tree and become "active" is your piece drawn.. in this case the movement of the mouse repercussions on the piece itself....
If the tree really bothers you, press f3 and make it disappear... f3 again and the tree reappear

regarding really microscopic writings and that you see very badly when pro menu options of the program, do you have solution/choice?

or is the resolution of the screen that is not good or set without wanting any unwanted option. . .

If you refer to the size of the fonts of the menus and texts of the options window, the problem is not catia but windows, you have to change the size of the texts in the graphic settings panel of your computer.

thank you first for the answer. It's probably like you do, but if you can help, I'll tell you that with all the remaining programs I have (solidworks - patran/nastran - autocad - matlab) I don't have any of these problems while with catia yes. will be at this point the setting of the pc?
