layer status in a viewport ...can be updated automatically

good morning use autocad for a long time
I wondered if there were qlc of this kind associated with layers in a viewport:
I have viewports in paper space es "state of fact" and in another viewport the "electric" layer state
from what I understood of the status layer command if I modify something in a saved (e.g. in "fact state" I turn off the layers) does not automatically update the other viewports with qeusto state layer set
Right?
is it possible to do it?
practically associate to a viewport a layer state that then automatically updates
