layer

I rarely do catia v5 and still am not an expert. However, I would like to use the layer command that either doesn't work with me or more likely I can't use it. If anyone explains it, I'd be very grateful.

I answer myself;
in this half hour that I waited for your answers, I went to search on the net this problem, and I realized that it is a general problem, and therefore I am not able to use the command and not even that the command does not work.
What anger! think that the other night I lost two hours and the sight to force to insist on this blessed command "layer"
