layout with non-standard size

they told me that you can create a layout with custom size as model.
But how do you do it? ?
I found a demo file on the internet looking for me to train. .

but with dimensions not one. I know how to move with the a1, a4, a3 etc...but I can't figure out how to create a custom layout size. where I have to change. .

by setpag selects the layout and by the property of the plotter sets the custom sheet size, if there are not among those saved in "sheet sizes".
