Good morning, everyone. I write for the first time on a forum.
perhaps I have not quite clear the basic concept of phases and related filters in revit 2016, but my question is as follows:
I often happen to have projects with various states as titles, so I should first make the differences between legitimate state (last joint project to understand us) and state of fact (my relief), then the project and finally the difference between project and fact state (table of interventions).
how do I impose the stages and the related filters?

Thank you.

thanks tristan.
Before trying what you told me I have to take a step back.
I started drawing the state of fact. Unfortunately the legitimate project of the municipality arrived after me and I couldn't wait!
now how can I do to put the legitimate state before? :36_1_4:

What do you mean? a new phase can be inserted before or after an existing phase. just select the "actual status" stage and click the "put first" button

but then if I take a view and attribute it to a previous phase, everything disappears...

I suspected :36_1_4: but I don't understand how it works.
Can you explain yourself better or is it too long?

the elements that you see in the last screenshot (walls, doors, windows, stairs etc.) what stage of creation have?

in revit are in the fact state stage in reality are precisely the state of fact (relief)

...and the factual state is chronologically after the legitimate state, so it is normal that everything disappears because it turns out that before that nothing existed. If you want to compare the factual state to a legitimate state, you have to assume that the latter is prior to the factual state and then organize yourself so as to declare that the entities were actually created in the legitimate state.

Okay, I think it's clear. I have moved everything into the legitimate state, now I create the demolished elements in the legitimate and port the built in the state of fact. do you do so or is there a more correct method?
