Cantilever, pipe racks or plates, are subject to special regulations?
if in the company we make some for our internal use, is the signature of a designer necessary?

what is actually indispensable for a structure not to trade?
(considering that eurocodes and ntc have them)
We will build cantilever for sheets and not pallets, so it seems to me that in part it is easier even from the normative point of view.
looking on the websites of the sellers there is no reference to these norms, someone even says that there are no cogent regulations at European level. . .evidentation are not very updated as sites!

the problem was not at all calculating them, first with a hand calculation and then possibly with the fem. I wanted above all to understand if we respected any regulations not to run into problems later with safety.
