legislation components motorcycle use track

do you know what norms you have to stick to for the design, production and sale of components for motorcycles (fork plates, pedestrians, frames, etc...) use track?

With regard to components generally limited to use on track I do not think there are special rules except to comply with the general safety standards (i.e. components that are not dangerous to themselves) and regulations relating to the category to which the bike belongs.
But something seems to be changing.
The only special regulation I found is this:
(1.) all approved after-market discharges produced before 18 May 2006 respect noise limits, but not pollution limits. In spite of this, nothing is foreseen.
the violation was practically foreseen by law, but the penalty was not foreseen in case of violation. so we are not punishable. I would like to thank the rapporteur for his work.
not only, you can continue to use the same, even after 18 May 2006 as the legislation is not retroactive, that is, it has no effect and effectiveness for the past.

(2.) all waste produced after 18 May 2006 will have to comply with both noise and pollution regulations so:
a. obligation of discharges with catalyst, in case replacement involves the elimination of the catalyst;
b. discharges without catalyst, in case the connection is maintained eliminates catalyst.
So just keep the db killers and the fitting eliminates catalyst to be in order.
