leveled surface for dividing surface

hello guys, why don't you guys calculate the digging and taking data?
I have made dividing surface from a larger (1000 sq m) and then I would like to level the smallest surface created (500 sq m).
only that, after entering the new points, I don't get out of the excavation and carry out... .

Help! .
Can someone give me some tips on how to do it?

I think the steps are correct....
in the plant yard state of fact (phase: fact state - filter: fact state) I divided the surface.
in the project construction plant (phase: project status - filter: project status) I make leveled region.
I create surface equal to that existing.
select the divided surface (lower extension).
I change some quotas of existing points (creation phase: project - demolition phase: none).
I confirm.
select the surface but the result is that there is no sterro or carry data and the properties end with ifc parameters....

Obviously wrong something, but without seeing the files it is impossible to know what...
