lines with different z value

I have a design received from outside with lines that have different values of quota z.
this does not allow me to collect, etc., having the lines with different quotas.
I provided (thanks to this forum!) to bring everything to 0 through the tools.
Now, I keep drawing, and the lines I make always have different odds of z.
Is there a particular setting?

they always have one share, but not 0.

I tried but it doesn't work.
I even have certain lines that after a stretch change the initial and final value of z.
I can no longer collect, cut, etc.
seems to work on 2d on a tilted plane.
