hi ho autocad 2008 do not have the parametric quotation there is no way to implement such a lack with a lisp?

Hell sin therefore who has a cad before 2009 no parametric. because I had tried solid edge drafting and is smart in the sense that they command the odds, if I gate a quotated line also cancels the autocad share leaves the penzoloni share in the drawing!
