this direction has led to a very simple operational road to be realized, that does not subvert the normal mode of drafting of the precepts today used nor requires changes to the computer structures of the software present on the market: therefore a simple, efficient and rapid adoption system, which increasingly favours the spread of bim methods and tools.
It is ultimately a matter of rethinking the price list items, correcting them with appropriate performance characteristics that refer to the entities to which the item refers.
If, for example, we are facing a masonry, in addition to describing its material and geometry, it will be useful to insert performance characteristics, such as: thermal conductance, compression resistance, fire reaction class, fire resistance class, etc.
