local abacus divided by departments

I would like to create an abacus of the premises with distinction for departments created (parts were created with "color patterns")

Well... I sincerely do not see the problem
1. in asking questions on 2 different forums (see that moderators are often different but also users do not necessarily coincide) and maybe the answers are different, because maybe there is no single solution to a given problem

2. in asking for a detailed answer since I don't want a complete answer, but if I tried I couldn't solve the problem... it seemed right to ask for further clarification
(In fact, now, knowing that I have to push alt+n by keeping the dialog in question open, I have understood the operation, and I thank infinitely)


cmq I always do a search if on the forum was faced the problem.
