local labels not visible in plant

I checked in vg, but "local labels" came up correctly, so it should be visible, but it happens that I can assign the area to the club, then when I go to assign the label or not hook it up then I go to "show hidden elements" and I see the label as if it had been hidden, but if the seleziono does not make me discover it in the view.

or I happen to be able to hook it up, but from " redundant premises" while being the area perfectly closed.

I can't begin to solve the problem.. .
You can help me

p.s: I could attach the file to you, but in what format?me it seems not possible to attach a file of revit.....or wrong

attach it as zip/rar
