when you are in the label family, activate the surface text, you will open an additional box, if you look down you will find a handle, click on it.

you probably set in the project no decimal and consequently the share behaves accordingly.
Basically, you can choose whether to use the design setting or a different setting for that label.
project:
manage--measuring unit and here set 0-1-2-3-4- decimal.
label:
as said before set only for this label the values of the quota.
