location for key

Good morning to all, the last obstacle to my project is the realization of a key seat in a impeller. I attach it to the file. I tried with pocket and parametric roughing, but I do not get exact results, the tool comes out from the selected contour. How to do that?

If I have a moment tonight, I'll take a look at it, anyway, why make the key that way? It is the most expensive that I can think of if you have to cut it off, you could do a copper electrode and maybe do it first or otherwise do an exhaust gorge and then make it a squirrel or make it passer so that you can make it a floppy or erosion if the brakes from above will always remain the radius of the mill. If you want to bind the processing area you need to create a containment profile and set it in the processing, I will attach you an example of how to bind the processing on your particular.

apart from the suggestion of marcofor I would make all this simpler, it is a 2d processing....assign a level,trace the edges of the chivetta seat,consider the rays of the fresache you will use and made......from the model you can get your depths and more!!!! good work!! !
