Amendments to Regional Law No 24/2006
significant changes and integrations in the energy efficiency and certification of buildings (art.17).
Below are the main changes made to lr 24/2006:
• progressively extend the obligation to insert the devices for the autonomous thermoregulation and accounting of centralized thermal systems even if there is no change of heat generator as far as possible. the obligation will cover from 1 August 2012 priority the more power and more obsolete plants, and then be extended to all other centralized plants;
•require the declaration of the class and the energy performance index of the building or of the single housing unit in all commercial announcements aimed at its sale or even lease;
•avoid that municipalities should vidimate for acceptance of energy certification certificates and ensure that the effectiveness of the latter, starting from 1 September 2011, begins with the inclusion of the certificate in the regional energy disaster;
•to ensure the control by the municipalities of the energy performance set out in the building project presented to the municipality with the energy performance of the project, in order to verify compliance with the requirements laid down by the standards;
•Inscription to professional orders or colleges is not necessary for admission to qualification courses, nor for accreditation to the exercise of energy diagnosis and certification activities.
