Hello everyone,
for my thesis work I am performing some analysis using as a ls-dyna solutor and as pre-post processor the same ls prepost.
the model is made by a series of plys of composite material (mat 54-55) on which a steel ball is stacked.
I used two types of contact: automatic surface to surface to simulate contact between plys and ball, and then tiebrek contact for delamination.
the model turns me perfectly, the fact is that in the simulation, I can't view the "rotte" shells. ie it is as if, exceeded some imposed value, the program erases me those shells so when I leave animation, I do not see them.
the starting model is not mine and the thesisist before me does not remember if he has inserted some such option to hide such shells.
Does anyone have the same problem and know how to solve it?
Thank you all!
