How should a machine be certified (not included in the annex iv of the new machine directive) designed and built for use exclusively internal to its production process, therefore not intended to be marketed? should the tag be applied anyway?

I thought I would fully apply what is required for machines for trade, but if there are more simplified ways (economically) better.

Thank you in advance

aminati

you have to deal with all the requirements of the machine directive.
the directive does not distinguish between machines for use "inside" and for sale. when they are placed on the market or are used for the first time must be in order.

Input = commissioning as well as marketing.
eye not to confuse the tag with the marking c.
machines are branded. the plaque is the cherry on the cake, i.e. attach the marking once you have verified that the machine complies with the res of the directive and you have followed the iter ce.

I would like to remind aminati that it is not correct to post the same question on different forums. the good norm says that if I place on another forum alert users that the question is not unique. This will also allow others to follow the discussion.
I noticed other times that users posted on other forums the same questions and a few times it was written where the discussions were opened.
the philosophy of the forums is to ask and give. If I ask and maybe find out the solution to my problem I have to make it public! ergo, if an interesting solution has been given to the problem in the other forum, it is obligatory for the user to report these solutions so that others can also use them.
for the record the question was also made qui.
I therefore ask everyone to be a little more in line with the philosophy of the forums and the "do ut des". sharing information is essential.
I hope I've been clear.
Thank you.
