Good morning to all,
I would like to ask and feel some opinion on the subject of which I do not find satisfactory clarifications.
the company for which work produces machinery that perform a certain function (packaging sector) so in extreme synthesis for the legislation are always machines.
It has already happened in the past and it happens today, from here the reason for the question, that some extra customers want to buy and buy the above machines without the anti-injury protections that we usually apply (read the shelters in pmma).
Now if I do not err the "my" machine remains machine even without the protections (it could perfectly work and carry out its task). to be sprocket except for the case in which it is inserted online (connection of conveyor belts for the supply of the products to be packaged) but also this if it is not erro is not justification for a declaration of incorporation and then it would not however be applicable in all cases of machines without shelter because some could be stand alone.
How can the company protect itself? a statement of incorporation I don't think it's "standard."
Would someone like to comment?
Thank you.
