macro writing to whom to turn?

Good morning

Is there someone who can write me a macro to use in catiav5 to assign a value to a specific parameter present in all parts contained in a product?
Or could I have some advice to whom to address for such a job? sometimes there are needs of this kind but I don't know anyone who offers this service
