how can I select a certain line if this is interposed to the others on the same plane?
I know that there is a function that does as magnifying glass, someone can tell me the key combination I need to use to allow this function?

I don't know if and the function you are looking for, the magnifying lens command finds it in: view/bar of the tools/personality opens the window customize, choose the commands menu, in the categories choose view and find the magnifying lens command that you can add to the toolbar and customize with quick selection key
