main workbook ansys 11.0

Good morning, everyone.
when launching ansys 11.0 the program generates files in a default folder (c:\documents and settings\<nome_computer>).
the generated files are:</nome_computer>

1. file.errr
2. file.db
3. file.dbb
4. tabs. log

what I want to ask is this: If I do a new job in ansys, these files have to stay in the folder where I save everything or not? If so, just a simple size -> paste into the directory I say, or do you have to set something in the program (to automate the thing) ?
to say it in other words as well, a work directory of a project what must contain and how should it be structured?
