make distinct cutting

Is it possible to make cutting distracts with inventor?
that is what I look for is a distinct in which it is also indicated towards and angle of cutting of metal profiles.
Usually these cuts are not visible with the methods I tried.

something to make a table of cuts of profiles of a frame with lengths tube cutters fourth and similar? If I'm not mistaken by creating iparts and modifying the visible columns in the particular list on the table you should do, only that it is so boring and far to set as a procedure that I strongly hope someone has a better solution (write it in the description does not apply)

It's what I meant. sin there is nothing decent, it seems to me a big lack.

if they are parts made with the frame generator it gets fast

there is already the set cut parameter, so just add it to the component list parameters

the parameter name can be found under the model iproprietiesin the example are "cutdetail1" and "cutdetail2"
then when you go to insert into the table the list of parts modifies the table by adding a new itemso you find the degrees of cuts in the cartthis is for the 2014 version (without modifying anything of the standard templates), for 2015 I have no idea I have not yet made the pass

However, we can use a rectangular section profile or a hea on a more complex frame.
If I write cut at 35° and 30°, this question arises:
1) What is the 30th and 35th side?
2) 30° measured as respect for what (to vertical or horizontal)?
3) from which verse (the profile of 90° along its axis the cut changes)?

It's a shame there's no proper utility.

Umh, having to give the direction of the cut as well as the degrees is a problem I've never placed, and I've never seen it.

when I worked in production and I had to realize the structures according to the company that required the frame there was who gave me thousand thousand thousand tables of the individual components and processing, who gave a list with the measures without mentioning the tilted cuts and the boards of the welded assemblies, or who gave me the table with the degrees of the cuts and the assembly boards.

I solved by sending tables like the scarabocchio in the example in the previous post and the quotas necessary to make to understand which side the cuts are made, if the assem is complex in a table we go the table with the list of components and in the other the views necessary to make understand the direction of the cuts. where I work now there is no internal production, and speaking only by phone with suppliers I would never trust to send only the table to make the cuts if they are not all at 90°

Of course, it's a shame, you would want everything and more.
I don't know if other modelers similar to inventor have these functions; but it seems to me functions of some programs
specific for metal carpentry structures, which generate normals where you see the beam and its cuts of ends

as tarkus says one of the few software capable of doing something like what you ask is advance steel, which does this.

the only parametric software, (similar to inventor), that can do just as I think it is created with the afx module.

I will ask if there is the student version of creo afx. but they told me to learn inventor or solidworks

If the aphx is like the rest of the product range I create.... best wishes, I was forced to start having to put hands on wildfire projects and after about 6 months I feel a deep hatred for the program, no criticism of the features but, of software less intuitive and full of traps like that I have seen few. we say it's not exactly user friendly away.... .
