make it impossible to delete unused text styles

I would kindly like to know if there is the possibility of making text styles, created previously, that is, that they cannot be deleted with the deleted command. (like the standard one that cannot be eliminated)

No, you can't normally.
the ineliminable things in acad are the "standard" text style, the layer "0" and pche other things.
to bypass the problem you can use a file where you have text styles as a template (acad.dwt) so it is true that it is always deleteable, but it is true that at every new design you will have it inside.

or insert in each file a hidden block that contains them (or a hidden attribute with the text style you want)
but still remains an escamotage, not a solution.

you will insert the block, but having nothing else within attributes defined as invisible, you will not see anything at video (and I don't believe in print)
not seeing it, you can't even select it, and then unintentionally delete it.
this will make sure that being there at least 1 element in the dwg that contains the text style, it will no longer be eliminated.

if you have since 2011 there is a special command hide object
before 2010 if you have a subscription you can install the advantage pack
otherwise search hide.lsp, a lisp that allows you to make selected objects invisible
