make sections of a solid 3d

good morning to all, are maximum and I greet all the components of this forum that I consider very useful for the exchange of views and knowledge. I hope to be able to convey something useful to you and learn from you a lot more knowledge since they are still in the first arms.
start with a request I think simple but important to me: I designed a solid in 3d on autocad mechanical 2012 and I would like to carry out the sections. These sections would serve me in 2d since I should bring them to a separate sheet. is it possible to do this process, without redesigning them from zero to 2d, directly from 3d? Are the hidden lenees held directly? What if I just want to do the prospect? even in this case would the hidden lines go out directly dashed?

I do not know the 3d autocad, certainly once the solid part arrives in inventor, the sections you can do, with all lines as the norm requires, hidden and with restraints.
fusion is only useful for modeling, I don't know if you put on the table.
