manage license without pdm

Hi, I have recently changed my work and I find myself to make distinct and cartilage without the help of the pdm, I asked if there were someone so kind to explain to me in a simple way how to read a separate from a 3d model and then switch to the 2d, how to customize the distinct base so as to make it appear beyond the position, quantity and description also other free fields like for example the cutting length. Finally if it was possible to change the numbering of the balls while maintaining the correspondence with the position in separate.

then, going for points:

1) create distinct from 3d:
table the model of the axieme, then db-->scansion model--> a level-->selections the group from the structure menu--> applies
then table-draft db-->create numbers

2) customize the distinct and create self-compiling fields is very difficult, I personally did not manage it while having spent a lot of time. If you're looking for help you find something but the explanations are very crypto (probably done wrong to force you to use the support network) however it's always and anyway to edit file lisp text, and just wrong to type a comma or a parentheses and no longer part of anything.

3) change the number of balls: you need the pdm and the db editor license (only pdm license is not enough!). without pdm (and without licensed editor db) you can only make a distinction of first level or all levels, it is not possible to decide which groups to explode and which ones not.

I think it's better to let go or call a ptc consultant.

thanks, instead of adding fields to the distinct I will try to satisfy with more accurate description, although being a design for an American customer of a client I will have to make it in English
