I would like to realize, through the use of the "view mask" command, a descriptive split of 90° of a set placed in view iso.
the use of this command is clear to me in a normal view.
used in view iso, I can not get the desired result above described.
Can someone please help me?

you have to create a mask of the split that you want on the isometric view on a view of your table, then right button on the view go into the object and clikki on " apply mask to ", and then select the isometric view .
then possibly you can delete the mask in view 2d if you don't need it.
You can also create a 2d view that can be exploited for your split...... and then erase it.
It's not the best, I never turn it off, maybe I send someone else to the forum has other solutions............... .

If I understand what you want to do, you can use the "3d clipping" command directly. Save you a ride! :finger:

Hi.
I think you're talking about the command in Italian "screen 3d" , I'm using v5r20 and what I see in that command is that it's pretty messed up ................ I prefer my solution , surely a passage in + but xò I have control of the mask by selecting from the design where it passes.
Maybe I used little (maybe) 3d shielding but it seems to me a command thought well (make the 3d mask) but built badly ............... personal opinion obviously.

built badly... I agree, but it allows you to have 3 possible "solutions": clipping box, clipping slice and clipping plane.
I think it's a matter of habit... :
