me10 interface? ?

I use very little me10 though, I have seen that you can use a curtain like that "structure list" on modeling 3d, so to manage the various "layers", how do I make it appear?

I need it because importing the wagons into osd shows me a point that I can't eliminate because it's in some level sown or repeated several times.
