mechanical designer and occasional performance

Good morning.
I'm sorry if I was wrong.
I must make technical drawings, and I should like to stress that I have not done any design work for them; the client tells me: "draw me a x-diameter tube, y-height and z-thickness", to make a trivial example.
I am a graduate in engineering and I am not enrolled in the albo and I know that there are "reserved activities" to members, for which a job cannot be configured as an occasional performance.
I would like to know whether the simple table of simple components is a "protected" activity from the order or if it may be the subject of occasional performance.

Secondly, by writing my name and surname in the cartiglio, do I take responsibility for some kind?

If it's just drawing and putting it on the table, you can do it even if you're not an engineer. as I do the rest, you can open an iva game for technical activities carried out by designers (even if you are a graduate), or get paid if the hours are few with acknowledgment.

with private customers do whatever you want, many are not registered and work equally. I get designs signed by new graduates, I'd say you can do it too.... then everything is to what designs,(responsibility) if you draw the bridge on the narrow... Here are the signatures I would put
