Good day to all,
I would like to know if when I put a welded profile into the table, it is necessary to indicate the welded standard (e.g. uni en 102100) or just to indicate the size and material of this profile without indicating any reference norm.

usually in Italy the measurements on the profile are sufficient....but certainly the norm includes words, size and reference standard

I was wondering why another designer told me: "If you do this and rebuild the machine in 10 years, if the norm has changed, you have to recur all the drawings... "

Well surely the regulations change and it is normal to find on the drawings the ancient directions. Just update them.
