median axis line with two ellipses

Hello everyone,
I have an elliptical throat for housing a gasket or on a floor.
I have to quote the median axis line of the track.
the "two-sector axis line" command only works between straight lines.
How to do that?
Is there a system I don't know, or should I have a sketch like in the picture?

you could create a super surface extrusion, then in putting the surfaces included.
or create a sketch in the part with the median axis, then in the table you get all the sketches.
