menu bar and missing commands

Hello everyone,

by autocad 2007 full version,
By mistake, by typing the "loadiupers" command for custom menus, I downloaded all the commands icons and the menu bar.
Now what do I have to do to recapture everything? I only have the customization commands that I uploaded from the .cui file, I can't find the file to load all menus and autocad commands.
