menu not maintained

I have put around the work area a set of menus of functions I use often but known that at each reopening of the program they disappeared. I don't know what to do. suggestions?

the developer does not have this problem in its solidworks anyway.

Try that. open solidworks, go to the additions, add it for startup, not in active additions and then close. reopen solidworks and the addition should remain. then try to customize the bars and see if they hold.
