I have a "banal" problem but I can't fix it.
I would like to implement a tool that chooses a material to work, processing, and other data will return recommended tool and parameters.
I can't find a database of metal materials organized according to iso norms and perhaps with correspondence to other norms so that inserted a material (e.g. aisi 304 or 1.2714) I can trace back to its classification.
I find only databases available online (total type to make a name) but nothing can be purchased in database format to be used to implement the tool.
Do you have suggestions?

you have tried this http://www.matweb.com/index.aspxin research roconosce the numbers werkstoff for example s235jr is 1.0038.
should be importable in solidworks, but I never tried.
sandvick has a tool for machining parameters, but I don't know if it works by inserting the sigles

the idea is to create a tool like sandvik (or other groups that have similar products) in a more simplified form.
I contacted matweb to see if their database fits my purposes
