micromotor design

I am 21 years old and I am so passionate about mechanics.
I am a cnc programmer on machine tools, I know and use often drawing software.
my purpose would be to be able to design/build below a micromotor,type modeling. the problem is that I don't know where to start, from the displaced, as often as from the race?
I would like to clarify my ideas with your advice, my intention would be to draw a 4t v90° cylindrical engine and make it work.
I have already received advice from other people, but copying in scale would not make sense because however I prefer to use the time available to create something from scratch with my knowledge.

I am curious to read the reference bibliography that you will be given. I would say to the eye that milling, drilling, turning and rectifying is the least difficult part of what you propose to do:

hi marco, well in realizing it I already know how to move!
That doesn't mean simple, attention.
However.. the extreme difficulty is in designing it and throwing down data, once you have access to those I think in one way or another you can blow us out something

I read only now about this idea! I would love to be able to give a hand on a maximum sizing of the engine and also in the detail project, but I fear that this is not compatible with my spare time. . .
