microstation print with autocad parameters "cbt"

good morning, someone knows how to explain the procedure to print a dgn using the parameters used previously in autocad i.e. the table "cbt", and however how to assign a certain color and line thickness in the printing phase.... should it be done as in autocad according to the color used in the drawing by layer or by type of objects??? ?

I tried but the result is that I get a black and white print without the attribution of the desired thickness

normally in microstation I have always printed, and I have seen it always do so, giving directly the thickness to the objects.
or individually or via level (layer).

then microstation saves these settings in its file, pen table and that is definitely not autocad cbt.
