migration programme lisp to autocad 2021

Good morning to all,
I've had a programme for many years and it's a bit that I haven't used it, today I tried to launch it with autocad 2021 but asks me things that I can't satisfy, could someone help me? I attach the lisp, thank you in advance.

thanks anyway for the answer, the program reads a file with .crf extension generated by a software for calculating cams and generates in autocad the path of the calculated cam.
