minimum and maximum tolerance in 3d

Good morning, to date I am aware that it is possible to insert the tolerances directly into the 3d model and once inserted it can automatically transform the model with all the quotas to the average value of the tolerances.
do you know if you can bring the model to the minimum and maximum tolerances and then evaluate the various interferences with other parts? ?
