missing faces file step

I have some problem with the step files in the sense that when I create it from the axieme with a save by name some faces are not created.
How can I fix this? I tried with diagnostics but besides putting a lot of time doesn't make me anything.

do you have any suggestions or alternatives? ?

I tried the 3d pdf but the file remains too big and also zipping it does not change much.

It happened to me too, I made a design with the surfaces and saved it in step, when I called the solidworks assistance they explained to me that the step files, parasolid etc. are generic files for solids not surfaces.

But if we are talking about "assiemi" I would say that it would be impossible to save as iges because they would lose all the information together.
therefore no more solid bodies disjoined in the tree, but thousands of surfaces (unmanageable model).
I'd save in parasolid.
